Role Overview
You will work closely with our founder, Suzie O’Neill, and report directly to the Managing Director. The Growth Marketing Manager will own our customer acquisition and retention funnel end-to-end. You’ll manage our paid digital channels, lead funnel experimentation, drive retention via CRM, and partner with our content and creative teams to deliver performance across every stage of the customer journey.You’ll also be expected to leverage AI across the marketing stack, from campaign optimisation to content generation and reporting, to increase impact while improving efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance Marketing
- Own our digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, and affiliate channels.
- Launch and manage paid campaigns, track CAC, ROAS, and optimise for efficiency.
- Use AI to generate ad copy variations, audience insights, and creative testing frameworks.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)
- Drive customer retention and LTV via email and SMS using platforms like Klaviyo.
- Build automated flows, campaign sequences, and advanced segmentation models.
- Use AI-driven tools to optimise subject lines, copy, and send-time personalisation.
Website Conversion & CRO
- Lead on-site testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Collaborate with UX and dev teams on A/B tests for homepage, PDPs, checkout, etc.
- Analyse site data and use AI heatmaps and user feedback tools to spot friction and improve UX.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Own dashboards and reporting for key KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, email performance, and more.
- Use tools like GA4, Shopify, UTM tracking, and AI-enhanced analytics platforms to draw insights.
- Streamline reporting processes and build predictive models using AI and automation.
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Partner with internal and external creatives to deliver growth-focused ad content and product launch assets.
- Feed back performance data into the creative process, using AI tools to suggest winning formats and hooks.
Influencer, Affiliate & Partnership Support
- Support growth through performance-focused influencer gifting, PR campaigns, and affiliate partnerships.
- Track ROI and test different models of collaboration to find scalable tactics.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce strategy.
- Proven results managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Strong command of data analytics, attribution modelling, and funnel optimisation.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, e.g., for automation, A/B testing, reporting, and creative iteration.
- High level of commercial awareness and creative judgment, you know how to test smartly and scale what works.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a lean, agile team.

Role Overview
You’ll lead the strategy and execution of Ayu’s lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, loyalty, and retention, working closely with our founder Suzie O’Neill and teams across content, creative, product, and operations.This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives on customer data, has a sharp creative instinct, and knows how to drive performance through segmented, personalised messaging and automated journeys.You’ll own our Klaviyo platform, optimise all lifecycle flows, and play a pivotal role in improving repeat purchase rate, LTV, and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle & Retention Strategy
- Own the full customer retention roadmap across email, SMS, and loyalty
- Build and optimise lifecycle flows across onboarding, replenishment, win-back, churn prevention, and cross-sell
- Use AI and predictive tools to identify high-value segments and next-best actions
Campaigns & Content Execution
- Plan, build, and execute high-impact CRM campaigns for launches, offers, and content moments
- Brief and collaborate with creative teams to deliver dynamic, brand-aligned emails
- Use AI to enhance static and GIF creatives, personalise messaging, and improve interactivity
Segmentation & Personalisation
- Build data-driven segments based on lifecycle stage, behaviour, preferences, and RFM
- Use zero-party and first-party data to personalise messaging across channels
Performance & Optimisation
- Own reporting across all key CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue, unsubscribes)
- Run regular A/B tests to improve copy, creative, subject lines, timing, and format
- Deliver insights and recommendations to evolve retention strategy and unlock LTV growth
Customer Journey & Loyalty
- Support loyalty and referral initiatives to reward and retain top customers
- Optimise post-purchase experience across email and site using tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, and CRO apps
- Identify journey friction points using GA4, heatmaps, and email metrics
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing within eCommerce or DTC
- Expert in Klaviyo
- Proven track record building segmentation strategies and automated journeys
- Strong understanding of Shopify and CRM-integrated CRO tools (e.g. popups, bundles, reviews, zero-party data)
- Confident using AI in conjctionto:

We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our small but mighty team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Suzie and the wider marketing team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the brand. You’ll play a key role in shaping Ayu’s digital presence through original content, UGC management, and social storytelling as we scale into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact video and photo content for social media, paid ads, email, and web
- Capture tutorials, product education, behind-the-scenes moments, and campaign content
- Source, brief, and manage content creators and influencers to generate UGC and product placements
- Oversee UGC asset collection, approvals, and organisation for social use
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign launches, messaging, and content planning
- Stay up to date with trends in beauty, short-form video, AI tools, and content performance
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media management
- Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Experience using AI tools to enhance, generate, or streamline content creation is a big plus
- A great eye for beauty aesthetics, visual storytelling, and current trends
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable on-camera and behind the lens
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and brand building
Role Requirements:
- Ability to create and edit content independently to tight deadlines
- A strong portfolio or examples of content you’ve created (personal or brand)
- Experience working with or managing content creators and influencers, and analysis success metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
Own and drive our performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, and affiliate channels. Manage internal teams and external partners to maximise ROI, scale acquisition efforts, and deliver efficient growth. Take full ownership of the marketing budget and performance metrics.
Retention & CRM
Lead our customer retention strategy through email and SMS marketing, improving lifetime value and repeat purchase rates.
Develop automated flows, refine segmentation, and optimise messaging across the customer lifecycle.
Content & Creative Direction
Oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of all brand campaigns, product launches, and creative assets.
Manage a network of content creators, videographers, and designers to ensure engaging, high-performing content across all formats and platforms.
Brand & Communications
Guard and evolve the brand across all touchpoints—online, retail, and in print.
Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual identity, and own the communications calendar to align storytelling across email, social, website, and beyond.

Partner with the sales team to develop in-store and B2B marketing strategies.

Influencer, PR & Affiliate
Lead influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and PR efforts.
Build strong relationships with key voices in beauty and wellness, manage gifting campaigns and collaborations, and oversee all affiliate platforms and partners.
Team Leadership & Growth
Recruit, lead, and mentor a growing marketing team.
Define the team structure, set goals, and build a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and accountability.
Scope marketing plans for new product launches, global expansion, and entry into new marketplaces.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Proven passion for beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industries
Deep experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and brand storytelling
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and creativity
Role Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Strong track record across paid media, CRM, and content marketing
Experience managing teams, agencies, budgets, and brand growth
Willing to roll up your sleeves and go deep into key marketing areas to execute in the short term as the team is built
Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling business
